Better Quality Processing in a Limited Time

My main job is to produce stair materials and counters for houses.
When I receive an order for staircase materials, the general flow of production is as follows: wood cutting, thickness control, veneer application, floating processing, and regular size cutting.

In order to ensure accurate and high quality processing within a limited time, we discuss the schedule with the person in charge of veneer application, and work to make arrangements and proceed efficiently.

Feel a sense of accomplishment in lean work

I feel a sense of accomplishment when I work without waste.
Although it is a basic rule for working people, I try to prevent problems from occurring by not neglecting to "report, contact, and consult" so that I can work more smoothly.
For special processing and points that I do not understand, I ask for advice from my seniors and strive to improve my skills every day. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I am able to handle the processing methods that I have been taught by myself, or when I am able to handle a large number of orders in a timely manner.

In the future, I would like to become an indispensable employee for the company, aiming to further improve my skills so that I can respond to all kinds of orders, always thinking of ways to work without waste.
