Responsible for the company`s money-related operations

I am in charge of preparing invoices and receipts, as well as the daily operations of cash and deposits and withdrawals, using Excel and accounting software.
Since I am directly involved with the company`s money, I work with a sense of urgency every day.

The rewarding feeling of a trouble-free closing day

It is very rewarding when you reach the closing date without any trouble.
Every month, there is a closing date, and after the closing date, the next one...and so on. It may sound monotonous, but no two months are ever the same.

Although we handle a lot of flimsy and light paper, the contents are very heavy. It is very rewarding to be able to reach the closing date without any trouble.
However, there are still some parts of our daily work that are not yet efficient, so I would like to identify problems and make improvements.
